On Tuesday, the CLW also offers “Matter of Balance.” It’s a weekly series consisting of eight two-hour classes which focus on reducing the fear of falling, while increasing activity levels. The class is free of charge, but you must call first to enroll in the next scheduled series of classes.
For additional information, call the CLW at 972-519-1287. If you can’t reach a member of the staff right away, please leave a message and he or she will get back with you as soon as possible.
When CLW staff members aren’t teaching at the center, they’re working in Cardiac Rehab on Medical City Plano’s main campus.
